Vulnerability: Oura does not measure caloric or macronutrient intake. If a user under-eats, the HRV drop will be misattributed to stress rather than malnutrition.
Mitigation: Manual "energy availability" check-ins are forced in the app during the Luteal phase.
Vulnerability: The deterministic logic assumes a standard ovulatory cycle. Women with PCOS, irregular cycles, or on hormonal contraceptives will generate false-positive trigger states.
Mitigation: Onboarding bifurcates the logic tree (Natural Cyclers vs. Suppressed Cyclers).
Vulnerability: The GPT-5 mini layer may hallucinate or blend protocols incorrectly (e.g., prescribing fasting during a heavy luteal phase).
Mitigation: Strict deterministic guarding via Supabase Edge Functions. The LLM only receives pre-approved, Evidence-Graded protocols in its context window.
