You've been invited to test Financial Copilot — an AI-powered tool that helps people with variable income see their cash flow clearly and take action on it. This is a beta product. Your feedback shapes what it becomes. This page explains the deal.
1 What Data We Collect
To build your personalized dashboard, we'll ask for:
- Your income structure (base salary, commission rates, pay schedule)
- Recent bookings/sales numbers (to calculate commission)
- Monthly expenses / burn rate (rough estimate is fine)
- Current assets and holdings (checking, savings, investments)
- Financial goals (savings targets, upcoming big purchases)
⚠️ We never ask for account passwords, SSNs, bank login credentials, or anything that could be used to access your accounts. If anyone asks for that, it's not us.
2 How Your Data Is Stored
- Your dashboard is hosted as a password-protected web page
- Only you and the product builder (Libby) can access it
- Your password is unique to you — no one else's password works on your dashboard
- Data is not stored in any external database, CRM, or third-party analytics tool
- No data is sold, shared, or used for advertising — ever
3 How Your Data Is Used
- To build and update your personal financial dashboard
- To generate personalized recommendations (what to do with surplus, when to save, etc.)
- To test whether the product is useful, clear, and actionable
- Aggregated, anonymized patterns may inform product design (e.g., "testers with variable income prefer X") — but your name and numbers are never shared
✅ Your data exists to help you. If it stops helping you, we delete it.
4 Who Can See Your Dashboard
- You — via your password-protected URL
- Libby — the product builder, to update and improve your dashboard
- Nobody else. Not other testers, not investors, not classmates, not the public
5 Your Rights
- Opt out anytime. Say the word and your dashboard is taken down and your data is deleted. No questions, no guilt, no friction.
- See everything. Your dashboard shows you every number we have. Nothing is hidden or used behind the scenes.
- Correct anything. If a number is wrong, tell us and we fix it immediately.
- Ask anything. If you're uncomfortable with how something is stored or used, ask. You'll get a straight answer.
6 What This Is Not
- This is not financial advice. The copilot shows you options and educates — it does not tell you what to buy or sell.
- This is not a licensed financial product. It's a beta tool being tested with friends and trusted contacts.
- This is not permanent. Beta dashboards may change, evolve, or be rebuilt as the product develops.
