⚡ The Trinity Graph

Cognitive Architecture Cheat Sheet for Founders

1. The Ontology (Node Types)

👤 WHO

Actors & Routers with agency.

📦 WHAT

Ground truth, physics, and assets.

💡 WHAT IF

Hypotheses requiring execution.

2. Edge Vocabulary

Hardcode these verbs into your database schema to ensure queryability:

3. The Archetype Playbooks

🦅 The Connector Playbook (Horizontal Gene Transfer)

The Connector moves between nodes, exploiting structural holes in the network.

  1. Hunt in Silos: Find a high-leverage WHO in an adjacent, unconnected industry (e.g., ConTech, Gen Insurance).
  2. Extract the DNA: Isolate their most lethal WHAT (Asset/Playbook).
  3. Transplant: Draw an edge from that playbook to the WHAT (Constraints) of your target industry (Title Insurance).
  4. Leverage the Pitch: Pitch the WHAT IF back to the original WHO as an opportunity to "clone their brain" into a new market, not as a plea for mentorship.
🕷️ The Architect Playbook (Systematized Serendipity)

The Architect builds the environment and schema where collisions inevitably happen.

  1. Define the Container: Build the database schema (Firebase) or physical environment (AGI House) that forces inputs to be categorized properly.
  2. Enforce the Runes: Do not allow WHAT IFs to exist without Kill_Criteria. The Architect ruthlessly prunes the graph to prevent system collapse.
  3. Monitor Density: Look for clusters with high node counts but missing Edges. Deploy Connectors to those specific gaps.
  4. Build the API: Stop doing 1-to-1 favors. Create a scalable mechanic (like Cranberry's UI or Artiquity's protocol) so users naturally generate network effects just by using the tool.
